What a wonderful home! My husband and I and our dog had a great time staying at this tiny house. Such thoughtful touches, peaceful (especially with the bubbling brook in the back), and so cozy. Lots to do in the area, and only a 5 minute drive to Mt. Ascutney for hiking. Mark was super responsive and provided helpful recommendations. We loved staying here and would 100% recommend to anyone!!
A quiet, peaceful and beautifully designed oasis:
The cabin in Vermont is a beautiful labor of love. It’s pristine, meticulously clean, modern, very comfortable, and well stocked with everything needed for a wonderful break. Comfortable Bedrooms (beds), bathrooms and kitchen are beautifully and tastefully designed, with solid thinking and simplicity of use and function. (Oh the primary bathroom with those beautiful terrazzo tiles). We enjoyed every minute in this modern beautiful cabin. We liked the nice area, the peace and quiet, and our comfortable base. We brought our dog and hosts truly consider comfort for dog owners. Cabin is well stocked and you can pack lightly. Cleaning is meticulous. Hosts, Yulia and Marc, are both cooperative, nice and easy going with every request or question. Our break was simply perfect. We hope to come back soon. Thanks Yulia and Mark
My friend and I spent two nights here, and within minutes, we were absolutely in love with the place! Every detail is so well cared for and beautifully decorated, it feels like stepping into a charming dollhouse, yet it’s incredibly cozy and inviting. If we could, we would have stayed the entire week! The location is peaceful and quiet, with easy access to Okemo and just two hours from Stowe. Mark and Yulia are great hosts, responsive, accommodating, and a pleasure to communicate with. We truly loved our stay and can’t wait to return!
This artistically designed house in a zen setting was just the respite we needed. Everything has been thoughtfully done to make your stay delicious. We enjoyed all the special amenities: the incredible sauna, well-appointed kitchen, mood lighting, complete laundry room, luscious towels, comfy beds, large-screen theater, and, of course, that heated toilet seat! Mark and Yulia were always quick to respond to our questions. We can't wait to come back!

Mark and Yulia's tiny house in Brownsville, VT, was more than just a place to stay; it was a transformative experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of peace and tranquility that permeated every detail. The house itself is beautifully designed, cleverly maximizing space and comfort. It's cozy, clean, and incredibly well-equipped. But it's more than just the physical space; it's the atmosphere. The surrounding nature is breathtaking, and the quiet solitude allowed me to truly disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect with my inner peace.
Mark and Yulia were exceptional hosts. Their warmth, kindness, and helpfulness made my stay even more special. They were readily available if needed, but also respected my privacy, creating the perfect balance of hospitality and independence. Their genuine care and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of my experience. Incredible!
Yulia's place was a dream, nestled in the woods, but not too far out of the way. From the beautiful interiors to the dreamy porch to the sauna, we made great use of the house and felt very at peace. This would be an ideal place for a retreat or for someone just looking to slow down and take a deep breath. I'll definitely be staying again!
